Automated access (including bots, scrapers, or scripts) is prohibited unless we have provided explicit written permission.

The Platform and Content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

We are not responsible for business decisions made based on course materials. You remain solely responsible for your marketing, compliance, and results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date where applicable.

Material changes may be announced on this site or via your account contact method when reasonable. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
